I retired in 1997 from my chosen profession due to a heart attack, resulting in surgery. I recovered well, but I was faced with a problem, to return to practice after one years rest or retire completely. After much inner deliberation, I decided to retire from the practice of chiropractic and naturopathic medicine after fifty-two years, in Hayward, California, USA. The level of stress had increased due to the introduction of HMO's into the system, and many older doctors were retiring, rather than tolerate the turmoil and stress that followed and is still continuing today. I am now enjoying my retirement. I miss my patients very much, but I can now do the things that were hobbies before. Mysticism has always been an interest of mine. I was a member of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC; for many years. Now I can pursue the study and research of Mysticism in many ways; this website is one way I can try to introduce Mysticism to the general public. There are many folks that want to change their spiritual path, but are not sure what is available. The internet is full of possible spiritual paths, but you should be very careful to follow only the reputable, well proven paths. There are some that are very dangerous and should be avoided. This is one of my commitments in life, to guide those interested in Mysticism.
